NEC opens Ben Bolt and Ricardo service centers. Office hours for the Ben Bolt service center are Monday – Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm, with a closure for lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm. Office hours for the Ricardo service center are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm, with a closure for lunch from 12:00pm-12:30pm.

Although we’re pleased to open our lobbies to the public again, we would like to remind you that you can continue to do business with the co-op without entering the facility:

• Outages can be reported by phone, through SmartHub and via text.
• As always, payments can be made online, by phone, through the mail, or at the drop box outside each office.
• You can access your account online through SmartHub, where you can view your electricity use history, update your contact information, and change your communication preferences.
