The territory proposal was filed by NEC and AEP TCC on January 7, 2005 with the Public Utility Commission of Texas. The public comment period ends March 11, 2005. Please see notices for more detailed information about the proposal and comment instructions.

Certified notices were mailed to area governments, REPs, and utilities, and public notices were published in area newspapers in late January and early February.
