The only permits and inspections
required in NEC's territory are for new construction. Nueces Electric
Cooperative be responsible to convey any permit and inspection information
to its consumers since contact will be made between the consumers and NEC in
all cases due to the need to establish/confirm the consumer's Cooperative
membership. Consumers should be instructed to contact NEC at one of the
