An Excel spreadsheet listing Premise or ESI numbers submitted via e-mail is the preferred request. NEC will reject if ESIDs are submitted that are not associated with their territory. No more than 10 ESIDs may be included on a request. The request should be accompanied by a signed and dated letter including the following statement/information:
Please accept this letter as a formal request and authorization for Nueces Electric Cooperative to release energy usage data, including kWh, kVA, or KW, and interval data (if applicable) at the following location(s) to (name of CR/Representative). This information request shall be limited to no more than the most recent 12 month period of service.
