NEC will periodically hold meetings for competitive retailers on various topics. Since NEC is still transitioning into the competitive market, the competitive retailers who receive the e-mail meeting notices will include those contacts listed on the ERCOT market participant spreadsheet on the day of the notice distribution, along with any additional contacts that have notified NEC directly to request receipt of these notices.
